Shipping – As our candles are not made early and stored on a shelf in a warehouse, please expect six business days from when payment clears to the shipment of your order. If you need shipment earlier, please contact us at 480-760-3575 to discuss availability of product for sooner shipment and any fees associated. Also, shipping will be done in the most economical manner, by USPS or UPS. Please indicate if you would like to have it shipped in a quicker manner. * Because of the nature of the product, and the fact that we are in Arizona, during the summer months, candles will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. This is to ensure that your candles do not sit in a shippers warehouse somewhere and melt! Thank you for understanding!
Terms – We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, E-checks and checks. To purchase using a paper check, please print the order form and send order with payment to PO Box 6847, Mesa, Arizona, 85216-6847. We also accept phone orders at 480-760-3575, using a credit card.
Returns – We pride ourselves on our candles and want you to be thrilled. Should you find that you are not happy with our candles, please contact us within four days of receipt. As everyone’s tastes are different, we do not accept returns based on disliking the scent. If you are ordering a new scent, we suggest you start with a small candle (votives maybe) to test out the fragrance before purchasing the larger candles. Even though we will take every measure to ensure our candles are packaged for shipping, sometimes accidents do occur. Should you receive product that has been damaged during shipping, please keep the shipping materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Further information will be provided at that time. All shipping damage claims must be submitted through the shipper. |
